Childhood ambition – Astronomer. Then, I discovered how much math was required.
Fondest memory - Falling asleep in front of the furnace on a daily basis at my grandmother’s house growing up.
Soundtrack -A combination of the soundtrack for the movie “Requiem for a Dream” and the opening intro music for the tv show “Millenium”, interrupted occasionally by just about anything from the band Skinny Puppy.
Retreat - Just about anywhere dimly lit with a fresh cup of coffee.
Wildest dream - Happiness without going through effort and disappointment.
Proudest moment - Handing in the finished copy of all three of the movies I’ve made for Cavegirl Productions to the 48 Hour Film Project/National Film Challenge producers.
Biggest Challenge - All three of the movies I’ve made for Cavegirl Productions.
Alarm clock - That would be four alarm clocks: one Sharper Image Would Wake the Dead device, and three set on the cellphone with alternating ring tones every ten minutes until I’m aggravated enough to turn it off, or throw it across the room.
Perfect day - An eight hour night’s sleep, followed by a day with two three hour naps. And somewhere in there, having cinnamon toast and coffee.
First job - Salad bar attendant at an all-you-can-eat steak and shrimp joint.
Indulgence - Chocolate…. Anything. No really, anything. If you put a chocolate-covered insect in front of me I’d actually think about it before turning it down.
Last purchase - Coffee! Espresso, actually.
Favorite movies - Requiem for a Dream, with Memento and Leaving Las Vegas nipping at its heels.
Inspiration - The amazing people I am lucky enough to call my friends and associates – I am humbled by the sheer amount of talent that surrounds me.
MY LIFE - Is like a box of chocolates? No. How about: my life “is like a grapefruit. It’s orange and squishy, and has a few pips in it, and some folks have half of one for breakfast.” – Douglas Adams

NOLAN HALE(THERAPIST)

For me  “Embalming” is the marriage of my two fascinations: film acting and death. My interest in acting is pretty apparent. I see acting as transcendent. Acting is a chance to wear someone else skin. But death, why death? For one, I’m a Scorpio, the sign of death and rebirth, the sign of autumn, the season of death. Scorpio is ruled by the planet of Pluto. Which is named after the ruler of the underworld. I’m fascinated with death. I was into death before it was cool. I’m so obsessed with death that my friends have threatened putting me on suicide watch. And embalming, I love embalming. How could I not love embalming. My mother and stepfather retired from  successful careers of operating a mortuary in San Diego. Embalming has been very good to me and mine.
